Hartmann Codier now offers the first Micro Switch for reflow soldering.
The MBZ4 Micro Switch is suitable for reflow soldering for max. 10sec at 260°C.
THT solder pins 0.5x1.3mm or 0.5x0.6mm are available as well as versions normally open, normally closed or change over and all usual actuators.
Certainly the mechanical lifetime of this Micro Switch MBZ4 with tension spring mechanism is 10Mio actuations (even more upon request).
With an allowed ambient temperature of -40°C to +130°C MBZ4 is also suitable for operating in higher temperature applications
